3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data described in Section 2 for the following purposes only:

  • To send newsletter alerts to subscribers about new content published on The Fashion Globe
  • To respond to contact and enquiry form submissions
  • To manage commercial placement enquiries, issue quotes and invoices, and administer placement agreements
  • To analyse website traffic and improve our content and website performance via Google Analytics

The Fashion Globe also operates The Blogger’s Corner, a paid commercial placement channel through which third-party content is published on a disclosed, contracted basis. Data collected in connection with commercial placement enquiries and transactions is used solely to administer those relationships. Payments are processed by third-party processors; see Section 6.

We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for commercial or marketing purposes beyond the above.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — for newsletter subscriptions; you may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any newsletter email
  • Legitimate interests — for responding to contact and enquiry form submissions, website analytics, and managing B2B commercial correspondence and placement records

5. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics collects data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site by setting cookies on your device. Google processes this data and may store it outside the United Kingdom.

Where commercial placements are purchased, payment is processed by Stripe (stripe.com) and Wise (wise.com). These are independent third-party processors. FG Creative Media Ltd does not collect, process, or store payment card details. 7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Newsletter subscriber email addresses: retained until you unsubscribe
  • Contact and general enquiry form data: retained for up to 12 months from submission
  • Commercial correspondence and placement records (including quotes, agreements, and invoices): retained for the duration of the business relationship and for six years thereafter, in accordance with HMRC record-keeping requirements
  • Google Analytics data: retained according to Google’s standard data retention settings

8. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict our processing of your data
